The vacuum mixer can prepare investment capacity for 5 pcs of 4"x10" flasks - fast and convenient operation. The biggest advantage of the machine is that vacuum starts in course of investment mixing to have both investment mixing and investment injection working under vacuum condition. Saves your time and reduces bubbles to make a smooth surface item. It is a necessary equipment for high accuracy casting.
1. Set mixing time (about 3~4 min) and vacuum time (7~8 min)
2. Put flasks into the bottom chamber
3. Pour suitable water into the mixing chamber, add investment and start mixing and vacuum
4. When mixing is finished, a buzzer makes a sound. Then start pouring the mixed investment into flasks. Then vacuum again, buzzer sounds again when vacuum is finished. Finally take out the flaks filled with investment.
