We offer made-to-order casting of all types of metals, including high-melting ones, by means of the lost-wax method which ensures accuracy to shape and enables manufacturing of complex forms.
When accepting the order, we will take over:
- a wax model created by you
- or we can use a 3D model printed by us
Upon request, we can produce rubber moulds enabling repetitive casting of the model.
Commonly used types of metal:
- platinum
- palladium
- gold – yellow, red, white
- silver
- brass
- bronze
- cobalt-chrome
- and others
The resulting cast can be delivered as required:
- untreated
- sanded
- sanded and polished
- white gold can be rhodiated
- precious metals can be provided by hallmark
